Have you recently graduated from university, or are due to graduate this year, with a 2:1 or above? Are you considering a career in teaching? Would you relish the opportunity to build classroom experience before beginning a teacher-training course? If so, the graduate cover supervisor role might be the perfect opportunity for you. The successful candidate will cover lessons for absent colleagues, ensuring student progress, and must demonstrate the same level of professionalism and dedication as teaching staff in order to succeed in this role. We are committed to supporting the right candidate into a suitable teacher-training programme and will consider all subject specialisms, including physical education and drama.

Denefield School is an 11-18 academy in West Berkshire which provides secondary education for approximately 1,000 children and young people of both Reading and West Berkshire Local Authorities.
