Are you looking for a challenging opportunity to develop your skills and make a difference to the lives of young people?  St Cuthbert’s RC Academy Trust comprises an outstanding secondary school and seven primary schools in Hull.  We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated graduates to join our lively and well supported team of Sixth Form and Primary school mentors.

The successful candidates will be working with individuals and small groups of our young people. If allocated to our College and Sixth Form (for students aged 11-19), this will involve focusing on developing independent learning, organisational & scholarship skills, thus enabling our students to achieve their full academic potential.

If successful in being awarded an internship to work in one of our Primary academies (for students aged 3-11), you will be supporting our young people in making progress in all of their learning and especially in developing their confidence, especially in literacy and numeracy.

If you have an excellent degree (minimum 2:1 from a leading university) in a subject broadly relevant to supporting a range of academic disciplines and a real desire to make a positive contribution to the education of the next generation, we are keen to hear from you.

For an application pack and further information please visit our website www.smchull.org.

A visit to the college is encouraged and to arrange an appointment please contact Mr Charlton on (01482) 851136.

The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. St Mary’s College is an equal opportunities employer.

Closing date for applications: Friday 8th June 2018 – 12.30pm
