Job overview

Lancing College is seeking to recruit a Graduate Music Assistant for September 2021.  This position is a fixed-term 1 year role from 1 September 2021 – 31 August 2022. It would be ideal for a recent music graduate from a university or music college.

The ideal candidate will be a positive, self-motivated person, able to work within a team environment but also able to work independently, the successful applicant will be required to have excellent time management, and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to deal with people at all levels. An awareness of the working environment and the people in it are essential.

This is a residential post. Accommodation will be provided free of rent. Council tax and utility bills will be paid by the school, with free on-site parking, including all meals in term time and free use of the School Gym and Swimming Pool in staff times.
