Guidance Counsellor | South West Qld

We are seeking a Guidance Counsellor to work across schools in South West Region of Queensland. This role is to provide counselling for the schools’ community and build relationships.

About the Role:

- Guidance Counsellor required across 2 regional QLD schools

- Immediate start, till the 31st December 2025 [View of continuing]

- Remuneration will be $105,180 - $120,000 + super [Dependent on experience]

- Our clients are looking for candidates that are able to:

• collaborate with school communities to provide a counselling service that facilitates learning outcomes for students and enables quality teaching
• possess effective relationship building and influencing skills, advanced interpersonal and communication skills, proven and effective leadership skills

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or Guidance Counselling

Selection Criteria:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or Guidance Counselling
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education
• Provide a minimum of three professional references
• Be registered, or have the ability to be registered with QCT
• Have the right to work in Australia
