HEAD OF ABBOT’S HILL PREP SCHOOL

Abbot’s Hill School is an independent day school of some 500 girls aged from 3-16 with a thriving co-ed Day Nursery. Building on the success of the current Head, Maria Stephen, the School now seeks a dynamic, ambitious and innovative leader to guide the Nursery and Prep School through the next exciting phases of their development. 

 

Working as an integral part of the whole school Executive Team, the Head of the Prep School leads a team of highly skilled, dedicated teachers and support staff. The Prep School feeds directly into the Senior School and the new Head will build on and enhance this relationship.

 

The Head of Prep will drive forward the reputation of the school. S/he will be a skilled communicator and marketer well able to articulate the very special ethos of Abbot’s Hill Prep school to all stakeholders. An interest in developing the curriculum to meet the demands of the 21st Century and the needs of our learners is essential.
