Finton House is a non-selective independent school offering an inclusive education to 320 boys and girls aged 4 - 11 yrs. Children make excellent academic and personal progress in a happy and caring environment. The School seeks to appoint a Head of Admissions, Communication and Development. Responsibilities will include management of the registration process for new pupils, coordinating the process of exit for pupils, the effective marketing and communications to all stakeholders, strategic marketing of the school and the future development of the school (including its Public Benefit). The successful applicant will be positive, responsive, have a flexible attitude to work with exceptional interpersonal and organisation skills, marketing and communications experience (preferably in schools), be computer and social media literate. Honesty, diplomacy, integrity and discretion are essential qualities for the role.
