Head of Student Behaviour and Culture
Purpose of the Role
The Head of Student Behaviour and Culture will provide strategic leadership for behaviour, standards, student culture and personal development across The Hammond.
The postholder will lead the development of an ambitious, inclusive and aspirational culture in which every student demonstrates respect, responsibility, professionalism and pride in belonging to The Hammond.
Working across the School, College, Degree and boarding provision, the Head will develop behaviour systems, staff practice and student culture that reflect the values of The Hammond and prepare students for successful futures both within education and the professional performing arts industry.
The Head of Student Behaviour and Culture will work closely with senior and middle leaders to ensure that behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding operate cohesively whilst maintaining distinct strategic leadership.
