Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
1 Leadership and Management
a) Lead, manage and establish a team of highly skilled and motivated business development staff, to generate new employer responsive business from new and existing clients in the West Midlands region.
b) Ensure all targets set for Business Development are achieved and regularly monitored within agreed budgets and timescales, and in full compliance with the college’s quality systems and procedures.
c) Provide encouragement, support and guidance to staff in order to continue to raise the quality of provision and the level of customer service provided to employers, learners, external agencies and other college staff.
d) Work cooperatively with other cross college faculty managers to ensure an effective transfer of business generated to the curriculum delivery and support divisions within the college.
