We are looking for an ambitious and determined Head of Business Studies who can deliver an outstanding and innovative provision. You will bring leadership experience together with the skills to coach, support and direct staff and steer the strategic direction of Business Studies within the Academy. The successful candidate will be ready for a new challenge, with a flair for leading and motivating students and designing imaginative and stimulating schemes of work. Your belief in the potential of every student will shine through.
We need a committed professional looking for their next challenge, to help build on our success within this important subject and guide our positive, forward-thinking team to further success. The successful candidate will model good practice, lead the teaching of Business Studies at all levels. Accountable for student progress and development, the post-holder will inspire and build a supportive culture that values effort and achievement and ensures everyone, the team and students alike, can be the best they can be.
