Slough and Eton is looking for a great teacher to join our Business Studies department as its new subject leader. Business Studies is a popular subject at Key Stage 4 and 5 and we need a leader for the team who will enhance this further and develop the subject to ensure maximum outcomes for students.
The department is in a dedicated Business area and benefits from access to the latest Clevertouch interactive technology. The new leader of this team needs to be a qualified Business Studies teacher with a track- record of ensuring success at KS4. If that’s you then you will need to be hardworking, dedicated to ensuring students of all abilities can succeed and, crucially, a great classroom teacher. Previous experience of examination success at either KS4 or 5 is essential although there is no requirement to have taught post-16 previously.
Slough and Eton is a great school on the outskirts of Slough, which serves the Chalvey community. Our new Headteacher joined us this September and we are relentlessly focused on ensuring great teaching, learning and experiences are at the core of what we do. It is an exciting time for us and our students are a pleasure to work with.

Slough and Eton is a great school and I am immensely proud to have joined it as Headteacher in September 2017. Pupils and students at Slough and Eton are expected to work extremely hard and are encouraged to achieve their very best in all that they do. As a result of their tremendous work ethic they achieve extremely well and we are very proud of them. We believe in educating the whole child and as such place great importance on the many cultural experiences we provide for pupils and students as well as the academic ones.
