Lancing College is seeking to appoint a well qualified, highly motivated and inspirational member of staff for September 2019. This is an opportunity for a talented and ambitious candidate to make a significant impact on all aspects of teaching and learning in one of the College’s leading departments. It may particularly suit a candidate looking to gain experience in leading their own department in preparation for moving on to a Head of Science position in due course. We are seeking to appoint a good honours graduate in an appropriate discipline to lead the Chemistry Department, teaching Chemistry throughout the school. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the wider life of the Science Department as well as to the College’s co-curricular programme.
