A well-qualified, experienced and enthusiastic classicist is sought to lead a thriving and creative department. Teaching Latin and Greek from years 7 to 13, including Oxbridge entrance, the post offers the opportunity to share a passion for Classics with highly able pupils and continue a notable tradition of academic success. In addition to department and staff management, the successful candidate will get involved in Classics societies, competitions, educational visits and trips abroad, plus an extensive range of co-curricular activities. Participation in the school’s pastoral programme will also be expected.
