Hurworth School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative Head of Department to join and lead our D&T 

department. They successful candidate will motivate and support our students to ensure first class progress at this 

consistently over-subscribed school. 

You will be a dedicated specialist with high aspirations whose love of DT will enable you to deliver creative lessons to 

inspire pupils and the team. In addition, you will have a demonstrable track record as an excellent classroom 

practitioner ensuring pupils make or exceed expected progress.
