Applications are invited for the following Head of Department - Mathematics role at our client school located in the Lake Macquarie region of New South Wales. It is approximately two hours’ drive from the Sydney Central Business District. It is a coeducational school that follows the Christian faith.
About the Role:
- Full time or Part Time (0.8FTE) permanent role
- Position commencing 29 January 2019
- Teaching Years 7-12 Mathematics
- Ability to teach Stage 6 Physics will be an advantage

About You:
- Must be able to provide a Minister/Pastor from a Christian church.
- Candidates will have experience in leading a department or be suitably experienced to make a next step in their career
- Must have extensive NSW teaching experience and have experience teaching Years 7-12 Mathematics including Extension 1 and 2 with outstanding academic results
- Provide a minimum of three professional references
- Be registered or have the ability to be registered with New South Wales Education Standards Authority (NESA) and hold a NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Have the right to work in Australia
