An unmissable position has become available for Head of Engineering, Resistant Materials and Construction who is able to teach across the Bicester Schools’ Campus, comprising The Bicester School and Bicester Technology Studio. The Bicester School has above average GCSE results and a positive progress 8 score and was graded as “Good” in all categories (Ofsted June 2018). The Bicester Technology Studio is only two years old and housed in modern buildings with a smaller student body.
We want to hear from you if you are a committed, highly motivated Teacher of Engineering, Resistant Materials, or Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for GCSE and A Level offerings with the ability to deliver Engineering and Resistant Materials KS3, KS4 and KS5. KS3 is delivered at The Bicester School. KS4 and KS5 are based at Bicester Technology Studio.
You will be Head of Department within the faculty of Creative Arts and Technology.
We are looking for someone with a passion for their subject, who has excellent subject knowledge and who will inspire and engage our students across all Key Stages. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate they are an Outstanding Teacher and can be innovative and creative with the ability to make a broader contribution to the life of our school and our extra-curricular clubs.
