In order to have acquired the necessary sound judgement, experience and skill set, we envisage that a current Second in Faculty is likely to have been in post for at least two years and will have a proven track record of improvement for the quality of student outcomes at their current school.

This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious person to use their leadership skills and continue to drive forward the success of the school to create the best possible educational opportunities for the young people at Campion. The post would suit a strategic thinker with expertise in the teaching of English, high-quality assessment strategies and intervention programmes.

Our staff benefit from a well-being scheme, childcare vouchers, cycle scheme, on-site parking and on-site gym facilities.
