The ContinU Plus Academy is an innovative and exciting Alternative Provision Secondary Free School based in Kidderminster. Our academy is now in its Ninth year, and recently achieved an Outstanding grading in all categories at Ofsted.
We are an educational provider for vulnerable and disengaged students in the Wyre Forest and Hagley area. All staff here are deeply committed to the wellbeing safeguarding and academic progress of our pupils. We work together as a close knit team to ensure pupils at our school receive high quality and bespoke educational provision. The Head of English will have responsibility for the educational and pastoral provision.
The Head of English will co-ordinate and Quality Assure the educational offer for their students ensuring an aspirational and bespoke package.
The Head of English will be held to account to the teacher standards as well as the outcomes of their subject teaching.
