LPGS seeks to appoint an ambitious, creative and dynamic leader who can lead a faculty that encompasses subjects beyond their own. The successful candidate will be responsible for line managing the Heads of Drama, Dance and Music, and responsible for the outcomes of students at KS3, 4 and 5.

Our new Head of Faculty is needed because of the creation of a dedicated Performing arts faculty.  Creativity is highly valued at LPGS and we seek a visionary leader to take it to the next level. 

The Heads of Faculty, along with Heads of Key Stage, form the Extended Leadership Team that work closely with a small SLT team to deliver outstanding learning and personal development at this highly successful non selective girls’ comprehensive school with a mixed Sixth Form.
