The role

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead a Science faculty within a well-established, outstanding school. The successful candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Science.  Leadership experience is very desirable as is experience of managing a large team.  He/she will also need to inspire members of the Faculty with their pedagogical drive and empathetic, considered approach. The successful candidate will be a leader with commitment, integrity and excellent communication skills and a teacher with flexibility, resilience and a caring approach towards students. The school offers all three subjects at A Level and IB Experimental Sciences (Higher and Standard level) in our dual pathway Sixth Form.
