Hours: Up to full-time, 37 hours per week

Working across schools in Hull and the East Riding, with a base in the Teacher Development Centre, East Dale Road, Melton, North Ferriby, HU14 3HS
Full-time salary: Scp 40, £43,857 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

This is a new role, developed to assist the Finance Director in overseeing all of the Finances of the Trust’s Secondary Schools and to directly manage all the Primary Schools and the SCITT. You will be a qualified accountant and have at least three years’ experience of working in an accountancy firm in accounts preparation. The role will include all aspects of finance including key reconciliations, budget to actuals, management accounts, 5 year budget planning and preparation for audit. In addition to the financial aspects, this role will drive procurement throughout the Trust and find efficiencies and savings by combining and leading on contract negotiation and value for money.
As this is a new role for the successful candidate to develop, we are happy to accept full time, part time and term time only applications, however, this role will require a minimum of 3 days per week.
