This is a superb opportunity for an experienced and dynamic pastoral leader to drive, manage, and deliver excellence in boarding at Windlesham. The School currently has a strong girls’ boarding community of c.60 pupils, from year 3 to year 8. They are a mixture of UK and international boarders from diverse backgrounds, bringing an important and highly valued globalism to our wider school community of around 330 pupils.

The successful candidate will show the ability to evolve, market, and deliver an ambitious, dynamic, and progressive vision for the future of boarding at Windlesham which has boarding development and expansion as a core aspect of its strategic planning. They will also be able to ensure that boarding is a home-from-home where all our boarders feel happy and relaxed.
