Overarching responsibilities will be to provide an excellent service in running the HR operations of the school; and, with the support of an administrative assistant, to be responsible for overseeing all HR processes. •  A good understanding and experience of HR matters such as management
practices, drafting policies and guidance, and HR information systems.

•  Confident knowledge of the practical application of employment law.

Salary, benefits and conditions:

•  The salary to be agreed is expected to reflect the importance of the role and the experience of the candidate. Please call the HR Manager if you would like to discuss this point before applying.

• This role is expected to be full-time during term (34 weeks) plus 6 weeks at 50%, arranged to suit the work load. This is approximately 80% of full time.

• Flexibility and commitment is expected in order to fulfil the above responsibilities, including attendance at meetings and events outside of normal working hours.

• Excellent benefits include substantial staff discount on fees, generous contributory pension scheme (which includes life assurance) full catering during term time, and use of facilities such as indoor pool.
