GFM Education are looking to appoint a Head of Human Resources who will set the strategy and lead on all HR related matters affecting the Multi Academy Trust. Working across all of its academies and reporting to the Executive Finance Director, you will be supported by an experienced HR Manager and administrative support.
The primary purpose of this role is to guide and manage the overall provision of HR services, policies and programs for the GFM, ensuring it fulfils its legal obligations and adopts best practice solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will have already gained exposure to the various facets of Human Resources, furthermore, you must possess excellent stakeholder relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
It is essential that the successful candidate will have a CIPD or equivalent qualification and a strong understanding of employment law.
The role calls for somebody who will not be fazed by interruptions in a busy school environment and has an interest in working in a community where you would be contributing to the progress and health & wellbeing of our learners.
