Shrewsbury House School Trust comprises Shrewsbury House School in Surbiton, Shrewsbury House Pre-Preparatory School in Esher and The Rowans School in Wimbledon.
An exciting position has become available for a talented HR professional to lead, influence and advise in all HR related matters whilst developing and overseeing HR strategy, policy and practice for the Trust. Applicants should be CIPD qualified with relevant experience gained working at a similar level. A working knowledge and experience of Safer Recruiting and safeguarding compliance within a school environment is highly desirable. This role will involve working closely with the Director of Finance and Resources and the Heads of the Trust’s three schools to ensure efficient recruitment, development, retention and motivation of employees. Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience.
