Job overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly successful teacher to lead our Inclusion team to secure outstanding progress for our most vulnerable students.
The Head of Inclusion will lead a large and effective team that deliver all aspects of additional provision and intervention work with our students.
The Head of Inclusion is responsible for:
- The Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO)
- The Attendance and Safeguarding Officer
- Counselling Services
- Mentoring support staff
- Pastoral Leaders
- CIAG Officer
- All external alternative providers
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working in this area of education and be a qualified SENCO.
