Head of Latin / Latin Teacher

Pinewood School is set in 84 acres of rolling countryside on the border between Wiltshire and Oxfordshire and offers a quality, family-based, co-educational day and boarding environment for over 400 children aged 3-13.

The School seeks to appoint a qualified Teacher of Latin to teach Latin to Years 6-8.  This role is available as either a Head of Department or, for less experienced teachers, we are also able to consider filling the role as a Teacher position.

This is a full-time teaching position required to join our successful Prep School for Autumn Term 2021.  Applicants must be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching Latin and ensuring every child is able to achieve their full potential.  Willingness to be involved in the busy co-curricular life of the School would be advantageous.   

Salary will be dependent on experience and paid according to the Pinewood Teaching Scale.
