We are seeking a suitably qualified Head of Learning and Teaching (Tier 4) to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This significant curriculum leadership role sits within a team that includes the Assistant Principal Learning and Development and the Assistant Principal Curriculum Administration in providing leadership and support to our Head of Department role holders. The successful applicant will demonstrate high level interpersonal and leadership skills in their daily interactions with staff, students and the broader College community.
St Michael’s College is a co-educational Catholic secondary College administered by Brisbane Catholic Education with an approximate enrolment of 900 students. We are recognised on the Gold Coast for our great successes in academic, cultural, sporting and vocational fields over the past 30 years. Our curriculum is broad, allowing for each student’s development across Academic, Spiritual, Vocational, Cultural and Sporting arenas. St Michael’s College is a mixed, non-selective, independent Catholic secondary school with sixth form in Queensland, serving students from the age of 11-18. The secondary school is situated in Merrimac and has approximately 950 pupils on record.
St Michael’s College was founded in 1985. It is administered by Brisbane Catholic Education.
