Salary – above SNS and according to experience

Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity to lead a department in a highly successful, over-subscribed, non-selective Prep School?  

St Hugh’s welcomes applications from enthusiastic, inspiring and innovative people who possess the potential to lead and inspire the strategic development of the school’s provision for learning support.  You will help to drive the ethos of the school which is to ensure that each child is able to discover what they are good at, to thrive and, therefore, gain confidence in themselves and be the best person that they can be. 

The successful candidate will be a member of the school's Academic Leadership Team. He or she will work as part of and be responsible for developing a dynamic and collaborative Learning Support team of six staff who aim to give all our children academic and pastoral excellence in a nurturing environment with wide ranging facilities. 

St Hugh's is a highly regarded non-selective, co-educational day and boarding prep school with 350 pupils between the ages of 3 and 13. We are situated on a beautiful green campus of 40 acres in the South Oxfordshire countryside, only 25 minutes from Central Oxford.
