For September 2021, The Prep is excited to be recruiting for the role of Head of Learning Support.
This post would suit an enthusiastic specialist with excellent SpLD/SEND knowledge and classroom experience who is keen to build on, and further develop their leadership skills whilst delivering an outstanding Learning Support provision to pupils in The Prep. Applicants should be approachable and empathetic and have experience of working with children with a wide range of needs. Applicants must have QTS and relevant SENCo qualification/s.
Rated by ISI as ‘excellent in all areas’, The Prep has very high expectations of all staff and pupils and we are looking to appoint somebody who will share and drive forward this expectation. Via the Deputy Head Academic, the postholder will take on responsibility for the leadership of the Learning Support Team and for the teaching, learning and day-to-day management of the department. This is an exciting new opportunity for someone who wishes to further develop their leadership experience.
