St Dunstan’s College is seeking to recruit a Head of Mathematics with clear teaching pedagogy, experience of raising student achievement and with an understanding of how to organise, support and manage a department.

The successful candidate will be an academically strong Mathematician as well as an excellent classroom practitioner, keen to teach across the age range and capable of modelling and developing excellence. They will be confident in the use of academic data and will also understand the importance of supporting and contributing to the wider life of a thriving independent school.
