To ensure the effective delivery of Mathematics throughout the School, you will be responsible for the organisation of staff, resources and teaching programmes within the faculty and lead by example in driving pupil enthusiasm and delivering lessons of the highest calibre from Year 9 up to Oxbridge.
The ideal candidate will require an excellent honours degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject, with the ability to provide stimulating, well-planned lessons and to deliver an outstanding educational experience. You will also be expected to contribute to the co-curricular and pastoral life of the School.
It is not a requirement to have previously held a post as a Head of Faculty, however, it is anticipated that the successful candidate will require excellent people and administrative skills in order to manage a team and organise the largest faculty in the School.
