This post will suit a newly qualified or experienced teacher with the talents and skills to enable our students to succeed. You will be an excellent team player and able to inspire others around you.
This is an exciting time to join The Futures Trust. The Trust is passionate about building brighter futures for the young people who attend its schools, and is a rapidly growing and successful Multi Academy Trust driven by a set of compelling values:

- No Barriers – no excuses, only support to ensure young people, staff, leaders, governors and trustees maximise the academic achievement of learners whilst enabling them to develop and flourish as well rounded individuals
As a qualified teacher you will support our drive to create a culture of achievement in MFL and an aptitude for overcoming barriers to learning. Our students study a wide range of academic and vocational courses and access wider opportunities outside the classroom.
The right candidate will be a reflective, hardworking professional who combines excellent organisational and teaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
