Whitgift is a leading independent day and boarding school for boys, with approximately 1460 pupils including over one hundred boarding pupils and flexi boarding pupils.  It is set in an attractive 48-acre parkland site in South Croydon enjoying excellent links to London, Surrey and the south coast.  

The school has an outstanding tradition of sporting success in a large variety of sports.  There is an established and thriving Modern Pentathlon and Biathlon programme, recently recognised by Pentathlon GB as the Whitgift School Modern Pentathlon Academy.  Some 40 boys are currently actively involved in the multi-sport with an impressive number of pupils progressing to represent at National level.  In addition to this the 30 non-pupils access training opportunity and supplement teams via the community club.  

Whitgift PE department is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced coach to join the department.  The successful candidate must have a sporting background and experience in coaching and working with children.  The position is available from mid-December 2018/early January 2019.
