The responsibilities of the role are focused on providing leadership for the Business & Professional Pathway, securing high-quality teaching and learning which leads to excellent educational outcomes for our students.  The role is part of the leadership team and you will take a leadership role on all aspects related to the curriculum, quality, and progress of students.

You will have substantial and effective experience as a senior manager in an educational setting, which includes 16-19 year old provision.  You will also have demonstrable experience in providing exceptional standards of teaching, learning and assessment for learners, supporting them to achieve at the highest possible levels and progress. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent management and leadership skills with a strong focus on driving high standards of performance and staff engagement.

Our fantastic campus is in the heart of Old Coulsdon and is a new build with exceptional facilities, creating a state-of-the-art learning and working environment.  In our Business & Professional Pathway we are proud of our strong industry links and work experience opportunities which are integral to the student experience alongside other enrichment activities and workshops. Our portfolio of courses are popular with a broad content and our facilities are excellent.
