Head of Prep

Following the appointment of our current Head to the role of Founding Principal of an international all-through school, we are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and capable individual to lead one of the country’s most successful and dynamic schools.  

Reporting to the Headmaster of The Haberdashers’ Aske’s Boys’ School, and a member of an energetic and supportive Senior Leadership Team, you will work collaboratively with the Senior School and Haberdashers’ Aske’s School for Girls in leading this outstanding prep school which also incorporates a pre-prep.

The Habs community is a strong, happy and inclusive one, committed to the pursuit of excellence in education, with a new strategic plan committed to closer collaboration with the Haberdashers’ Aske’s School for Girls and the development of the Elstree campus over the next decade.

Applicants should be a good honours graduate of a leading university, have experience of leading and managing in a collaborative and successful school environment and be willing to be fully involved in all aspects of the School’s busy life.
