Founded in 2016, Smart Vision School, is owned and governed by Atticus Education, a Dubai-based education provider, committed to the development and management of Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Schools. 

We are seeking to recruit an aspiring leader to head our Primary Department. We are looking for an expert practitioner with middle or senior leadership experience to raise and uphold standards of teaching, learning and assessment in the Primary years. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for monitoring all aspects of teaching and learning, collating and presenting attainment and progress data aligned to inspection protocol. He/she will be supported by Key Stage One and Two leaders.  As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, he/she will work closely with the school principal in administering the  school's performance management and continuing professional development programmes and assist the Principal in managing the day to day operations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor of Education, B.Ed., or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE and QTS.

· Native-level English Speaker

. At least two years successful middle or senior leadership experience

· Experience teaching the National Curriculum for England, ideally in the UK

· Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with pupils for whom English is not their first language

· A passion for teaching and collaboration 

· A high degree of professionalism and collegiality

· A commitment to extra-curricular activities
