Trinity Catholic High School seeks to appoint a talented and dynamic Head of Psychology and Sociology to work within our hugely successful Psychology and Sociology Department. We have an excellent Catholic Ethos with a strong leadership team. The Head of Psychology and Sociology position is available from September 2018. Students follow the AQA syllabus at GCSE and at A level for both subjects. This department achieves outstanding results at GCSE and A level and all classes are taught in mixed ability groups from Year 10 onwards.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven track record of not only improving student outcomes in Psychology and/or Sociology, but also the ability to motivate, support and enthuse our strong and committed team of Psychology and Sociology Specialists.
This would be suitable for an experienced teacher who feels they can make a significant and positive contribution to the Psychology Department and the school as a whole.
