We are seeking a forward-thinking and innovative Head of RE ready to lead a strong team. Beauchamp College is an outstanding secondary school based in south Leicestershire and in addition to delivering KS4 and 5, has welcomed its first cohort of year 7 students this September. 

The department currently consists of five teachers who work closely together to deliver great student outcomes. All students take the AQA GCSE RE course in year 10, with the majority continuing to year 11. At A level, we offer OCR Philosophy, Theology & Ethics, which attracts strong student numbers. 

We are looking to appoint someone who can lead by example, is an excellent and enthusiastic teacher and is confident delivering high quality lessons. The desire to share good practice with the team and a can-do attitude is essential.
