
Head of School: Business, Accounting and Economics/Teacher of Business

An exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our organisational development.
We are seeking to appoint an additional member of staff to either lead our School of Business, Accounting and Economics and who will also be a Teacher of Business, or to join us as a full time Teacher of Business.
For candidates interested in applying for the Head of School post, we will be interested in innovative and dynamic candidates who are excited about maintaining high standards, building aspirations, and delivering outstanding post-16 provision. Heads of School play a critical role in the college’s success, setting high standards and expectations, and driving the quality of provision within the school. They nurture the talent and performance of staff and students. They identify, celebrate and share good practice, developing high quality teaching, learning and assessment, and ensuring effective support and intervention are provided for students.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher, able to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for the subject area. Our teachers are specialists in post-16 provision, with a passion for delivering level 3 A level and BTEC qualifications. The successful candidate will have experience of teaching A level Business, and will ideally bring experience of level 3 BTEC Business.
