You will need to be innovative, creative, and determined and possess a clear understanding of how to energise and inspire a team to realise the highest outcomes. You will understand what makes an outstanding learner experience and possess the passion and determination to constantly aspire to the highest standards.   As part of the Faculty of Enterprise and Academic Studies, you will work as part a successful, dynamic, and mutually supportive team who will share your values and aspirations.

You will have a good grasp of vocational curriculum and possess the skills and knowledge to develop the existing offer in line with needs of employers and other key stakeholders. You are likely to be a fully qualified teacher with significant experience in post-16 education and employer engagement.

You will join a college that is ambitious, purposeful, committed and supportive. If you want to make a difference, this is the place to do it. For our part, we’ll make sure that you are given a warm welcome, plenty of encouragement and a good deal of job satisfaction.

Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will not be treated less favourably than applications submitted in English. The ability to use the Welsh language at basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable.

The College is committed to safeguarding, ensuring the safety and welfare of children and young people. Employment is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service and registration with the Education Workforce Council.
