The Federated Governing Body, Executive Headteacher, Staff and Pupils are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, creative, committed, dynamic, strong and inspiring Head of School for Harefield Junior School, with the skills to motivate Children and Staff alike to achieve their maximum potential.


Working closely with the Executive Headteacher, the successful candidate will have a key role in developing and maintaining outstanding standards of achievement for our inclusive schools.


As Head of School you will demonstrate outstanding leadership and strong interpersonal skills to inspire, motivate and empower colleagues on a journey to continuously improve our inclusive school. You will also have high expectations of all children and ensure all pupils receive the best possible educational experience to enable them to achieve their very highest educational and personal potential, and encourage them to be independent learners and prepare them to contribute as members of a diverse multicultural community. You will also have excellent organisation and planning skills together with a talent for analysis and decision-making, and be committed to continuous improvement and innovation as well as the ability to communicate at all levels and to a range of audiences.
