We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, vision and drive to lead the school on the next exciting phase of its journey to good and beyond. The successful applicant will be ambitious for the school, high performing and able to demonstrate consistently high expectations and resilience. Being part of a highly successful MAT means that there will be opportunities to contribute to all our schools whilst drawing upon the significant experience of our existing MAT leadership team. As Head of School you will lead the development of the school with the support and encouragement of the CEO and our School Improvement Director. The MAT is responsible for financial, premises and HR management allowing the Head of School to focus on enhancing teaching and learning to improve the life chances of children in their care. Hornton Primary School enjoys a good reputation locally, with dedicated colleagues and enthusiastic students. Staff have high expectations for all students and work enthusiastically to continue raising attainment and achievement.
