Head of School

The Executive Headteacher and Governing Body are seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated leader who relishes the challenge of taking this school to ‘outstanding’ working within the support network of the Executive Headteacher and partnership. The position of the school has moved from strength to strength and the successful candidate will need to continue with the positive progress that has been made. Kidbrooke Park Primary School is a 2 form entry Primary School with 424 pupils on roll, including a nursery within the school and manages a Learning Centre. The school is in a soft federation with Boxgrove Primary.

The children, staff and Governors are looking for:

• a dynamic, skilled leader with high expectations and a commitment to improvement 
• an experienced leader with a clear vision of educational excellence and the knowledge of how to achieve this
• a team player with the ability to identify and lead change in a positive and inspirational way
• an innovative leader who can manage whole school data and line manage a large team

The successful candidate will support the Executive Headteacher and lead staff in driving forward improvements and maintaining excellent outcomes for our pupils. Ideally you will have been an effective Deputy Headteacher or Assistant Headteacher.
