We are looking for an ambitious colleague to join a collaborative and supportive middle leadership team. As Head of SEND, you will lead and deliver an exceptional SEND and Inclusion provision to make a real difference to the lives of pupils, and help us generate the capacity for further exciting change and development in teaching and learning within our school. 

You will be well supported by a strong professional and administrative team which will enable you to focus on core strategic and operational priorities. 

As well as being a highly motivated individual, you will have well-developed leadership and management skills, be able to demonstrate a firm commitment to SEND education, as well as demonstrate experience of identifying, evaluating and providing effective strategies to support pupils with SEND and other vulnerable groups. There are opportunities for further progression for the right candidate.
