St Edward’s Cheltenham is a Catholic Foundation and comprises two independent day schools, both located in the heart of the elegant spa town of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

St Edward’s Senior School is a co-educational, day school for pupils aged between 11 to 18 years and is set in 10 acres of the historic and beautifully landscaped grounds of Charlton Park, in the Charlton Kings area of the town.

The Trustees are seeking a well-qualified and ambitious individual to build on the substantial achievements of Mrs Pat Clayfield who has been in post since 2013 and who is retiring at the end of the Summer Term 2020. The appointment will be for September 2020.

The successful candidate will be a practising Catholic and will have a strong commitment to the mission and Christian ethos of St Edward’s. They will be able to think strategically, will possess strong leadership skills, will enjoy working collaboratively, and will have a proactive and positive approach to change management and the promotion of the School’s enviable reputation.
