Important to the next stage in the Academy’s development is the appointment of an excellent,experienced leader who will be committed to improving the provision for the Sixth Form and enable us to further raise standards across the Academy. The Head of Sixth Form will report to the Senior Leadership Team and be directly accountable to the Principal and the Governing Body.
You will be an outstanding teacher, a team player/leader and have a proven track record of having significant impact in your current post. You must have the drive and intent to secure rapid school improvement through creative and innovative approaches to learning and demonstrate the ability to embrace and promote change.

Felixstowe Academy is situated on the beautiful Suffolk coast; a fantastic place to live and work, a reasonable travelling distance from London, Cambridge and Norwich. We are an inclusive 11-18 Academy and part of Academies Enterprise Trust (AET).
