Job overview

The Role

Applications are welcomed for the position of Head of Sixth Form. This is a very exciting time to lead ALS Sixth Form; this summer the Sixth Form centre is due for a renovation and, over the next two years, our Sixth Form numbers are due to double with an increase in the breadth of A Level and BTEC courses we offer. As such, we need a talented and passionate leader to oversee the next phase of the development of our Sixth Form provision.

In the role, the successful candidate will have oversight of the quality of curriculum, learning and teaching as well as pastoral and wider elements.

The Head of Sixth Form is considered the most senior post outside of the Senior Leadership Team and provides an excellent opportunity for an emerging or experienced leader.
