We are looking for an inspirational and qualified teacher to join our team as Head of Social Sciences from January 2022 or sooner. The successful candidate will be able to teach across the full age and ability range and will be keen to develop their career within a supportive school where professional development is an essential aspect of our daily practice. The TLR may be negotiable for an exceptionally qualified candidate.
The Social Sciences Department currently teaches KS5 qualifications in Psychology and Criminology and KS4 and KS5 qualifications in Sociology. Due to the popularity of these subjects we are looking for someone passionate about creative, engaging teaching and learning to develop our team. The ethos is one of high expectations with a wide variety of exciting enrichment activities in place.
The successful candidate will benefit from a strong induction programme that will be tailored to their professional needs and experience.

The Radcliffe School is a co-educational secondary comprehensive located in Milton Keynes. It has around 1,190 students aged 11-18, 125 of whom attend the Sixth Form.
Radcliffe has dedicated provision for students who have autistic spectrum disorders. Although the vast majority of learners are educated on a single site, a small number of older pupils do make use of off-site provision for vocational courses.
