Head of Upper School
As a 7-18 State Boarding School, we seek an excellent candidate for the position of Head of Upper School.
The Head of Upper School is a pivotal role that spans across all three pillars of the School (Academic, Co-Curriculum and Boarding and Pastoral); the successful candidate will work particularly closely with the Assistant Head (Pastoral), Deputy Head (Boarding & Pastoral) and Heads of Year 10 and 11.
They are responsible for cultivating a positive Upper School with high aspiration and to foster our Behaviour for Learning expectations. The Head of Upper School will provide strong leadership for the Heads of Year 10 and 11 as they support our pupils to develop into impressive individuals ready to flourish.
