An Exciting Opportunity to Join an Outstanding Team!

We are seeking to appoint a talented individual to lead and manage our School of Visual Arts, including A Level Art, A Level Textiles, BTEC Art and Design and Foundation Diploma in Art and Design (18+ course). The successful candidate will be an outstanding Visual Arts Teacher, able to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for the subject area, as well as an innovative and dynamic leader who will lead in developing and raising achievement and aspirations across the School.  

As Head of Visual Arts, your work will be critical in the college’s achievement of its goals and targets. You will contribute significantly to the success and progression of students and the achievement of the School’s challenging targets, and play a critical role in setting high standards for staff, establishing and maintaining high expectations. You will also nurture the talent and performance of staff and students, and identify, celebrate and share good practice and provide robust challenge and support when staff and student performance do not meet expectations.
